High-end 9' tree purchased from FRONTLINE 10 years ago for $450. Artificial but very sturdy and full tree. This comes with over 1000 lights but is being sold without them (meaning they are there for you if you want to figure out the burnt ones and replace them). Comes in a container and needs assembly. The picture is of the tree from FRONTLINE with white lights... These are all different colors, but again, no guarantee on lights... You can contact me if you would see some other photos, but I have to find them... Guarantee all complete, and sturdy, and thick... Doesn't lose needles without a lot of work... This is a high-quality tree which we are no longer in need of. PRICE is NOT NEGOTIABLE, so please only contact if you are willing to pay the PRICE listed. Refund and return IF the tree has anything other than the lights WRONG... second pix is of tree from Costco 703989XXXX This is one of the artificial trees in which the needles DO NOT easily come off...
