Bought this window AC unit (Soleus Air - model SG-WAC-10ESE-C) last summer at lowes for $300. It will easily cool a small house. It originally came with a remote, but I broke it. (stupid me, I know.) I don't need it anymore because I moved to a house that has an awesome central air system. It must go, has been sitting in my closet. I would like $175 out of it because it is in very good condition.
