I have grass fed Holstein steers, no chemicals, no steroids. These guys are around 1 year old 500-600 pounds and are ready to either finish (fatten up) or butcher. Holsteins are leaner than Angus but taste great without all the extra added fat. I can finish or sell as is for $1 per lb on the hoof.
