I really like this 'picture'!! I have not put a loop to this so I do not know if it is a pencil drawing or a lithograph. On a blank/empty background , two jockeys are having trouble controlling their horses. Frame size is 15 1/2 x 12 1/4, picture is 14x10 and the image of the foreground horse and jockey is 13x9. Baroness Dombrowski [1881-1960] is a very well known author and illustrator of childrens' books. Her paintings drawings, etchings etc. are highly sought after.
