This is a great Home Gym barely used - LIKE NEW as you can see from the pictures. Please note that this comes with the Leg Press Attachment. Been sitting in my garage for the last 1 and a half years. I paid almost $2,500 for it. Now I am moving, hence selling it off. This gym is professionally assembled. I would like to recover at least 50% of its cost, given the excellent condition. If you choose to take it, you will probably have to simply unscrew the leg attachment and the weight tower from the horizontal/vertical seat. Its possible there are more creative ways to load it, but I'm not an expert on this. Instructional DVD included. Call me at 352-226-XXXX if interested. The easy-to-adjust bench, meanwhile, accommodates several different angles, including flat, incline, decline, and vertical. The K1 is even compatible with a separately sold leg press attachment, which easily adjusts to three different positions (for leg extensions, leg curls, and 45-degree knee-hold-downs for decline presses). Add it all together and you have a terrific gym for home workout enthusiasts.Users will also appreciate the 200-pound weight stack, which comes with a shroud and mounted exercise charts, and the double-up cables, which convert the resistance ratio to 2:1. The double-up cables end up creating 400 pounds of total resistance, a must for people who can bench and squat serious weight (a squat bar is included). Finally, the patent-pending adjustable cable arms provide for a complete array of dumbbell exercises, sports-specific exercises, and rehab exercises.Construction features include heavy-gauge steel tubing; internally lubricated cables that are rated at 2,000-pound tensile strength; 4.5-inch diameter, fiberglass-reinforced nylon pulleys that rotate on a sealed ball-bearing hub; a double-stitched, heavy-gauge vinyl upholstery that's covered in extremely dense foam; and 1.25-inch-thick, precision-milled weight plates with EZ Glide nylon bushings.
