This is the Contech Mini Scarecrow. It is made to help train and deter cats from going in certain areas such as the kitchen table or counter. I also used it to deter my cat from getting behind my stereo and chewing on wires. It worked flawlessly. This is a must have product for people with problem cats/dogs or a new pet that needs trained! How it works: It is a motion detector that attaches to refillable cans of compressed air. When the cat or dog walks by, it makes an optional high pitched beep (the sound can be turned off) and then sprays an absolutely harmless burst of air which will scare the cat away. What this includes: I have 2 motion detector devices 1 used, 1 brand new, with directions and original box. 9 brand new compressed air refills in un-opened boxes. Value: each detector was 50 dollars. You get 2. Each refill was 15 dollars, you get 9 of them. 235 dollars worth of materials! I have the url to the website which explains this better and proves pricing. Recently, Contech has changed the packaging and the name of this product to the "Stay Away".
