Hello, I am selling a 8 ft large dark brown microfiber couch that is about 36 inches deep. Has great cushion resilience and has only been used as a spare couch in a guest house for only a year. It is currently in storage along with the grandfather chair. The grandfather chair is a matching chair to the couch and is also in extremely good condition. The original cost of the set was $3000. I am in menlo park and you would need to come and pick the items up as I don't have a truck to help. More than happy to help load it up. I will provide photos upon request (will take photos this weekend when I go to storage). This is one of the best couches I bought and has very little use at all. Absolutely will become your favorite!
