We are a small, private barn located in New Cumberland, Ohio. Our property consists of about 3-5 acres of yard and 10 acres of fenced in pasture. We have stall and pasture board available. We have room for anything from miniatures to drafts.Full, stall board is $200 a month. This includes twice a day stalling with grain and hay. When in the pasture, horses are able to get in out of the weather, via run in stalls.Pasture board is available for $175 a month. The horses have the ability to get in out of the weather via run in stalls. We hope to be installing a complete run in shed sometime next year.A round bale is always made available, within a feeder. We get our hay locally, so we never run out. Stalls are cleaned twice daily, and there is someone on the property nearly 24/7. Farrier comes once every two months. Trims are $30, unless you have a draft. Then it's $35. If you prefer to use your own farrier, you are more than welcome. Wash rack, tack room. On the weekends, we have bonfires. Small, quiet barn with no drama. Trailer out and ride, or ride with us along the roads!I am a veterinary technician student who is only away for classes. Home on the weekends, and the neighbors keep an eye on the horses when I am in class, so they are always under watch and care. :) Close to Valley View, St. Kitt's, and Dr. Pugh.330-205-XXXX.
