The Flute is a Gemeinhardt KG Special Custom Solid Silver body. It comes with a nice leather carrying case. It is considered a Semi professional with open holes and a 14c gold lip plate with white gold springs. It has been kept in a safe area and has been well taken care of. The pads are in great condidtion but the flute could use a good polish. I originally purchased the flute for $800 and only used it for a few months of concert season (unused during marching season). I recently had it appraised with a value of $700 to $800. While in the possesion of the band director who had it appraised by his instrumental dealer, it was loaned to a young lady who was unable to purchase her own without my knowledge. When I returned to pick it up, there was a very small ding (I wouldn't call it a dent. It appears it may have nicked the music stand.) behind the mouth piece. The flaw does not affect this instrument's beautiful sound in any way. I will consider any reasonable offers. Serious inquiries only please. Will take cash only and must meet in person. 601-850-XXXX
