This futon is a terrific couch, it is comfortable and can easily fit 4 people. It is a little challenging to fold down into a bed and is less stable because position. The frame can also be taken apart for much easier transport. It is 77" wide and 30" deep, great for a dorm space or house. I am moving and can not take this futon with me, let me understand if you have any concerns.
