One owner- well looked after. Iconic mid-century modern-day. Very good original vintage condition. Authentic Heywood-Wakefield got straight from the manufacturer in Connecticut by my moms and dads in 1949. Minor wear but no major defects in really presentable condition. Very clean. Perfect unmarred tabletop with extension leaf to seat 6+. Customized table pads consisted of. Five chairs with initial red leather seats under more recent upholstery. Long buffet (56" L) and server (34" L). Detachable china cabinet that looks great on either chest. Classy, upscale mid-century modern strong birch construction- no veneers, plywood or fragment board. Not large like today's designs, the scale is perfect for an apartment, or positioned further apart in a big remarkable dining space. More detailed details provided upon demand. This is an exceptional value for the furniture group. Compare how much antique dealerships are requesting for the individual pieces in lower condition. We also have a mint condition Heywood-Wakefield room set for sale.My mother was an impeccable housekeeper. The dining space was only utilized for formal events. Numerous foreign diplomats and State Department authorities dined at the table. The set has fantastic style. I am moving down South and just can't defeat with me!We are 9 minutes off I-84, 1/2 hour from Scranton, 35 minutes from Stroudsburg. MONEY ONLY- you select it up. No, we do not have a truck.
