KAT BBQ Reverse Flow Smoker offers about 960 square inches of cooking location. Cooking chamber is 35" x 17" and the firebox is 17" x 17" and is made from 3/16" thick steel. It features 2 slide out food preparation grates made from 3/4 angle iron and expanded metal, Mobile base with rear hard rubber tires and front casters wheels. Chrome cool touch manages, 3 inch stainless steel thermometer and folding front rack. Reverse plate is totally bonded with 1" drain and 11/4" dam to hold water and 3/4" NPT bung welded in firebox for temperature control fan device (BBQ Guru, Rock's Bar-B-Que Stoker), 1,000 deg. BBQ Paint. The reverse flow technique of food preparation makes it much easier to control smoke chamber temperature level. By allowing the heat from the firebox to warm the reverse flow plate and radiate heat across the food preparation chamber. We build these cigarette smokers upon order, custom-made customized to you. Update Options Cooking grates are customized made with Laser cut frame and 3/16" x 1/2" grill bars $110.00 (extra).
