We are downsizing and offering our sectional. This is a relatively big sofa that can be found in 4 different sections. The ideal end reclines and the left end has the seat. It is a plum microfiber material with some wear/slight water spots, seam split on one of the removable cushions, some splices in the material (see photo), however generally in great shape. Look at pictures carefully as I attempted to explain some of the flaws. On the corner piece there is a 1 inch slice in the material that might be fixed and the cushions might make use of a little more poly fill. There is a sleeper in this couch too with a mattress, but the frame has to be fixed. The back cushions are attached. I clean it routinely with a spray bottle of laundry soap and a moist fabric. Very easy to care for. Comes from a pet/smoke complimentary home. We are asking $700.00, however will certainly entertain REASONABLE offers.show contact details
