Had customizeded and did not have enough room in my area. Highland residence frame with upholstery from calico corners. Nice heavy weight upholstery. I likewise scotch guarded the piece. Ottoman is on wheels and has nice tassel fringe. I paid much far more than asking rate. Piece has actually never been utilized. I have no animals no cigarette smokers. Color is rather a chameleon. It can appear more buttery depending upon where it sits. The more light the lighter the fabric appears. Pic is with flash on. I HAVE REDUCED FROM 500. Ottoman sold sep for 80.
