I have an Okay condition Leather sofa no visible rips. However it is bit firm, it has cup holders. We got it less then a year ago for 300 for extra seating during our COUCH GATES. (Go Niners!!!) Only problem is one of our plus size guests managed to push one of the couch springs into the hidden cushions under the couch that folds out into a bed (it tore through,get some of that leather paste). It was his favorite spot LOL! This would be ideal for a gamer or college student. Bring a truck.Available this Sunday for viewing.PRICE IS CHEAP BECAUSE WE ARE MOVING AND PRICE IS FIRM
