This Simmons DeepSleep Ruby Queen mattress has been slept on perhaps 2 years total, lately just by guests in our guest room. I frequently get compliments from guests about how comfortable it is! It's soft but does not sag.The frame still works fine, although one of the wheels is loose, which I only discovered when I lifted it off the floor to get the bed ready to sell.
