When, Saris sent it with only 3 straps and I utilized it. Retails for 270.00. Costing 150.00. E-mail: kericonrad @ gmail.com. I'm transferring to Alaska, otherwise I would simply keep it. Frame is built of durable steel and fits both 2 and 1.25 in. hitch sizes. Arms feature incorporated hold downs and ratcheting, anti-sway straps to protect and support bikes. Frame tilts down for easy access to trunk or back of vehicle; bikes should be gotten rid of to use tilting feature.
