This is a really nice Tiffany design lamp / hanging light. Uncertain the age, I have actually owned it 15 years. It is not made from glass, but rather an acrylic, plexiglass type composite. The charm is, it is almost impossible to tell it's not genuine discolored glass. The mom of pearl panels provide a cool rainbowlike appearance. The clear panels appear like glass. This is an actually quality reproduction piece. This has a ceiling cap, so it can replace an existing light. I have actually added a cord to plug it straight into a socket. It had a chain to suspend this from the ceiling that is tough to see in the pictures. I have it hanging without utilizing the chain for photos. $65.
