going to begin a new Fundraiser/Promotion. We will provide among our in stock trees of your selection, in exchange for your unwanted musical instrument. These instruments will go DIRECTLY to the Lakeport High School/Terrace Middle School band program. You may pick from a bareroot tree all the way as much as a 24"box trees if you like. We have fruit trees, shade trees, evergreens, ornamentals, Japanese Maples and more. The Lakeport music program is runby an AMAZING lady named Mrs. Jenny Ingram. You might contact her straight with questions you may please however have send 99 % of your concerns to me @ Poppy's. She is an extremely hectic woman. The music program is prepared to accept the majority of instruments however does NOT really wantanything like heavy pianos. Mostly they would want instruments generally used in a school band program. Kindly no plastic toys or inexpensive imported garbage, and so on. I went to a football video game last fall at Lakeport high and was impressed to see over 200 children in the school band. There are only 400 and some kids in the whole senior high school. As you can imagine, we are a small school, in a poor county with a VERY restricted budget. The school is even willing to accept damaged instruments as they might be made use of for parts to fix other instruments. The school music department is likewise prepared to accept cash contributions but this should be done through Mrs. Ingram straight. FYI !!!!
