Hybrid water bed box spring, bed mattress that holds water pillow (zips and water pillow is consisted of therein), and water pillow. Pics are of the bed without the water pillow established - it is good and full with water pillow filled and zipped within. No leakages, working heater included. Among the best functions of this set up is that the bed takes regular queen sized sheets/bedding! Box and mattress fit on a routine bed frame too (not consisted of). Far more sensible than a conventional box spring and mattress, and more comfortable!
