It was purchased Feb 15, 2011 and was only worn until approximately June (4 months) . I have the original sales receipt from Kay Jewlers of Wausau. Original purchase price after tax is $933.65 and it is also covered under the Lifetime Diamond and Color Gemstone Guarantee.
