Marshall made much better. This is the best sounding most flexible amp going for the money. A fantastic gigging amp light weight yet powerful enough to manage most gigs. Geared up with 2 channels and 4 modes the Blackstar 50W EL34-driven power amplifier with 2 channel switching circuits. 1. Overdrive Channel includes a "Marshall traditional design crunch" to a "Mesa very saturated holler" and with the ISF (Infinite Shape Feature)-- accesses 2 additional information modes:. 2. Clean Channel is killer chimey with 2 modes, 'Fender' and 'Vox' with its own natural sounding digital reverb for either channel. A Dark/Bright switch allows the overall reverb characteristics to be customized to match various tastes and playing styles. Consists of Channel foot switching pedal and reverb on and off. Hardly used, kept in a non smoking environment and in exceptional condition. When you can get like new for much less, why buy new. Blackstar Company is had and run by Ex-Marshall employees who wished to provide their own take on what and amp should sound like. They've prospered!
