This means there is foam insulation inside the case to secure the parts from damage in the event of dropping, transportaion, misuse, and so on. This case is in extremely good condition. There are very, very few marks or scuffs on the case and there are no damages or dings in the steel, laminate or aluminum. All fasteners, deals with, latches and covers are in 100 % working order.
