Hello and thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to look at my listing, I appreciate it.This kit is designed to install a regulated Booth output on all DL series mixers. It should be installed by a professional for proper electronic operation. The kit includes an all new Booth card, Potentiometer with wiring, Factory medium knob with custom bushing, and Switchcraft RCA jacks.The Booth card is the new BBAS-225 REV. 6 with original 1978-1995 Bozak service bulletin upgrades and card modifications. It is supported by original RCA, Allen/Bradley, and General Instrument brand components. Current brand material used includes Vishay, Kemet, and United premium components. The cards were designed for the BBAS mixer series and retrofit original Bozak mixers when adapted with F pins as seen in the photo. All original HB and BBAS mixer electronic cards with service updates including Phono, Mic, Summing, Tone, Audio Amp, and Power supply are available with F pins to retrofit original Bozak DL series mixers.The potentiometer is an Alps Japan RK27 audio slope control. It is mounted to a custom circuit board with wiring installed to eliminate soldering directly to the control. We see inexperienced repairs where someone solder directly to the control causing damage by letting solder run down inside or extremely burn the mounting pins. The custom board eliminates this possibility.The knob is a new factory medium size original Bozak style with a custom shaft mounting bushing. This is something so many overlook by adding an original knob to metric control shafts found on many Alps and other brand potentiometers. This bushing makes for a perfect tight shaft fit instead of running the knob hex screws in to make a tight off center fit.The RCA output jacks included are Switchcraft brand and not the knock off $0.30 cheap type sold everywhere that so many use. These jacks will retain a tight connection for years unlike the cheap knockoffs that wear after being plugged in and out a couple times.We are not responsible for anyone doing damage to a mixer from improper installation attempts or wired incorrectly.
